In order to put an item on the agenda for Bopard discussion, there is a new procedure: an Administrative Steering Committee (ASC), consisting of the Presedent, VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and minister, will meet about a week before the meeting to set the agenda -- potential agenda items for the Board will need to be submitted to one of them for consideration. ASC will then decide if the Board or one of the regular committees will deal with the issue.
